FACTS Servers do not know how to suggestive sell the menu....they only take orders! Servers do not know how to upsell. You can raise your annual sales dramatically by raising each guest check by $1. • $20 per person
• Group Rate-$250 (11-15 people, $20 per person over 15 people)
• Managers & Owners may attend the class free of charge
• The class lasts for 2 - 2.5 hours with a 15 minute break
• Classes held on site
