With the economy the way it is now...
Competition raises standards and Latin Food Spots better step up
their game. We want our great Latin food...but @ what
cost? The winner in this economy is the casual/ quick
service concepts that serve great food and have great service (hard to
find you say... LK dining
guide).
We're not going to the fancier places with wait service and we're
splurging more on the QSR's. I guess we're thinking that we are
saving money on not getting an appetizer / entree and skipping on the tip
(cheapie!) . Restaurant owners are feeling the crunch and the
smarter ones are finding ways to get people in their establishments.
I guess you can really say that, we the consumer are the true winners.
We are watching our dollar and going to the spot that provides great food,
great service and a nice ambience...and that is what I always
preach/consult. The components of a successful establishment is
FOOD, SERVICE & AMBIENCE. So listen up owners, WE are not going to
settle for less in these tough times and we want our arroz con pollo DONE
RIGHT!
