Latiknow Food Group, LLC (LK) is a New York based management and
consulting group established in 2001
Latiknow offers a variety of management and
consulting services for the restaurant industry with a focus on
Latin Cuisine. Our services range from managing entire
restaurant operations to consulting on concept development, menu
creation, design, marketing, and service trainings.Latiknow is
comprised of an international group of Latinos and non-Latinos
with expertise in Latin culinary, restaurant management,
marketing and business. In addition, through Latiknow'’s 2
degrees of separation in the Latin food Industry we service
every aspect of running/owning a Latin-themed restaurant or
targeting your business in the Latin Community.
Latiknow Food Group are independent Food
brokers who negotiate sales for select producers and manufacturers
of fine food products. We provide a service to both food producers
and buyers by selling to independent wholesalers, retail stores
and fine restaurants. We keep producers, manufacturers and chefs
up-to-date on local market conditions.

John Colón hospitality career started back in 1984
as concierge for upper west side condominium.
Very knowledgeable of the city and the going on of the City, he was a very
young impressionable force to reckon with. He impressed owner & founder of
a major catering house and 1987 joined the banquet team. There he learned
from the very beginning dealing with high end events and hobnobbing with
high society and celebrities.

Adriazola
Consulting Chef
 Jorge
Adriazola, of New York's Calle Ocho, was raised in a household where meals
were the highlight of his family’s day. Growing up in Callao, Peru, he
learned about food and cooking not only from his Mother, but from his
Italian Grandfather as well. There the predominant background was a
European and South American fusion in the Adriazola household. The
knowledge from Jorge’s childhood started the building blocks for the
foundation for the creativity he has displays today.

 Juan
Vengoechea was born in Medellin, Colombia, in a family in which
the restaurant business was the “our daily bread”. His first job
was in the catering of a 1,700 workers factory for five years
while he started Hotel Administration studies in Bogota at the
Colombian School of Hotel and Tourism, then he decided to open
his own bar “La Lumbre” in where he worked as a bartender and
bassist in his rock band at the same time.
